Order status

As soon as you pay for your order, you will receive a confirmation email
You can also view a list of your orders in your personal account. The status of your order will tell you whether it has been confirmed or not.

I haven’t received my confirmation email what to do?

Check if you

  • Provided an invalid email address when you placed order
  • Check your spam folder
  • If none of these email us with all information on : info@kamalhibri.com

How much time to receive my order?

  • We start processing your order as soon as the funds are credited to our account.
  • You can see the status of your order in the “Track my order” section. If the status is “Sent”, it means that your parcel has already been packed and is on its way to you.

If the part I want is out of stock, can you pick an alternative product?

If you want to order an item and it is out of stock, we can choose the right alternative for you.
The alternative product will have the same specifications and warranty period. We will try to choose an alternative at the best possible price for you.

Order cancelation and refund

Please note that standard cancellation applies only if your order hasn’t been dispatched.
If the customer support team has informed you that it is no longer possible to implement a standard cancellation procedure, we will refund the order total once the goods have returned to the warehouse.
